We are curious to find tools that help to dance contact improvisation and to improvise. We love to find ways to keep our minds curious, alert and playful. Our interest is to create alive dancing dialogue by using touch, movement, weight and balance. What kind of details can we find from the dance by listening to the present situation? What if there are many possibilities in each moment where we can guide or allow the dance to go? How well can we recognize when we are leading or following the dance or when we are just being passive? It is about becoming aware of our habits, ways of initiating and reacting, directions of movement where we tend to go, or never want to go. So this will be a lot about what kind of choices we make in dance and technical tools for contact improvisation.
