Terhi

BIO

Terhi has been dancing almost all her life, coming from contemporary dance to CI about 20 years ago. Her dancing is influenced by Helsinki and Montreal CI communities, by multiple courses and festivals and the ongoing somatic movement education. Apart form being a dancer at heart, she also has a PhD in aquatic sciences and works as a research coordinator. She can find satisfaction both from meticulous excel work and diving into the bone marrow level.

At the moment her dancing has been a bit sparse because of rolling around with 2 year old, but she still enjoys dances moving across the room, spacious feeling within a dance allowing individual improvisation, and constantly changing tone.
